In a gut wrenching (literally) session, the Aussie team have hit back with a sub 7 minute 2km row.

The 6:58.6 result was logged first thing Monday morning, less than 24 hours after a 60km bike ride. The time was recorded at the Melbourne facility and was performed by the team's number 2 athlete, Shayne Hanks, a first cousin of Gavin's.
