Team England began their training for the 6Km race today with what can only be described as disappointing session. This was the first session in which the team have used the RowPro software to monitor performance, and it maybe this that caused them to under perform. Although the session yielded a further 7Km for the rowing total, and just over 2Km for the cycling total (the team cycled to and from the training camp) - they failed to break the 23:00 minute barrier, posting a time of 23:10.3 for 6Km (1:55.9/500).
